Kyuin[Japanese title] is an enemy from Kirby Mass Attack. It can be found in underwater stages, where it serves as a stage hazard. It cannot be attacked or defeated.
There are three types of Kyuin. Each has a different attack pattern:
- The green Kyuin periodically sucks in water, creating a current toward its mouth. If a Kirby is caught at the Kyuin's base, he will be KO'd.
- The red Kyuin blows out water, pushing Kirbys away from it. Otherwise it is harmless.
- The purple Kyuin alternates between sucking in water, and blowing it out. It is only dangerous when sucking water in.
