Split

Not much to say here. Ice-Stone is the Power Combo from Kirby 64, while Curling is a Friend Ability from Star Allies. They may look similar, but are obtained in completely different ways, have different movesets and properties, different names, and are different things (one is a Power Combo, another is a Friend Ability). Per the article creation policy, "there may be subjects that are extremely similar in appearance, behavior, or both, but officially operate under different names and identities [...] since they are separate entities in-universe and operate separately, they each get their own separate articles." So, unless there is some source that they are considered the same officially, we should split the page.
