The Chill Factor is the 66th episode of Kirby Right Back At Ya!. This marks the first appearance of Pengys. In this episode, winter comes to Dream Land yet again. It is visited by a huge iceberg controlled by many Pengys led by Master Pengy who can talk unlike the other Pengys. Only Master Pengy resembles the Pengys from the games. Other Pengys resemble the artwork of a Pengy from Kirby's Adventure, lacking the eyebrows unlike the Pengys in game and many of them carry spears.

As the Pengys move in, Dream Land experiences a huge shift of climate becoming colder. Kirby attempts to battle the Master Pengy, the leader, using the Ice ability, but it was ineffective. King Dedede calls on N.M.E. Salesman to send anything that can help Kirby not defeating Master Pengy. It is sent a super hot sauce. Instead of drinking the sauce, Kirby takes the hot sauce to a nearby volcano and pours the sauce into the caldera. The volcano then erupts making the climate become warmer and the Pengys find a colder place to live.

The monster of the episode is Master Pengy while the Copy Ability of the episode is Ice.
