Theme Writing

One reason I wanted to create this wiki is to have a wiki that's fun to read and work on. I'm hoping you all pick up on the style and work in more theme words. This will be easier when we have a plot to the game to work in terms like: "Woven" "fiber" "(un)buttoned" "loose ends" "(un)folds" "fleecing" etc. Set your imaginations free! points?

Is the number in the top-left corner the amount of something Kirby has? Turtwig A (talk | contribs) 13:45, 28 June 2010 (UTC)

Looking at the game's trailer, the number increases when Kirby collects what this article refers to as "coins"; how much it increases seems to depend on the colour and size of the item collected. (The counter does not increase when Kirby defeats an enemy, so it doesn't appear to be a traditional counter for points.) The colour of the jewel next to it also changes, seemingly whenever an item is collected - from what can be seen in the trailer, it starts at red, then progresses to orange, yellow, green, light blue, medium blue, dark violet, ultra pink, deep pink and finally back to red again.--Vellidragon 15:19, 28 June 2010 (UTC)

Not originally a Kirby game

According to this IGN article Kirby's Epic Yarn was originally its own game, starring a character named Fluff (Maybe Prince Fluff?). It apparently became a Kirby game during development over a year ago. Oh, and apparently this is going to be released in Japan three days before the US. It's Turtwig A! Yup, it was supposed to be an entirely new series by Nintendo, but it scrapped early in production and became a Kirby game. And yes, it is going to be released in Japan 3 days before the USA gets it...Darn....:(

So should I add it? It's Turtwig A! My talk or wiki edits 20:24, 9 October 2010 (CDT)
It's an important part of the game's development history, so I don't see why not. Make sure you properly source it (with ref tags), though.--Vellidragon 20:33, 9 October 2010 (CDT)
Okay then. I'll use the article I found as the source. It's Turtwig A! My talk or wiki edits 20:55, 9 October 2010 (CDT)
