Rope Waddle Dee is an enemy in Kirby: Triple Deluxe. This enemy is a Waddle Dee who is swinging from a rope in a back and forth motion, in and out of the plane which Kirby operates in. As such, Kirby will need to time his attack if he wants to dispatch this enemy.
Rope Waddle Dee's rope can be cut using any Copy Ability that can cut ropes in other contexts, like a String Platform. This will cause the swinging Waddle Dee to fall to the floor, then start walking as normal. Waddle Doo can also be seen swinging from a rope occasionally.
