Should we create articles on the separate modes (Air Ride, Top Ride, and City Trial), or should we have it all merged into this article?

I think we should make different articles for each mode. All of these modes are long enough to deserve an article. City Trial has containers, events, stadiums, free run, and many other stuff. It would make the article too long. However, I think the article should still have general information for each mode. Aphelocoma Mario 17:40, 26 September 2010 (CDT)
Ok, then. I'll shortly create these articles.

Sounds good to me. Basic info on the KAR page, and detailed info in individual articles-that's what I'd do. Axiomist (talk) 00:23, 6 October 2010 (CDT)

Air Ride Machine Stats[edit]

Don't exactly know where this would go, so I'm just putting this in the main Air Ride discussion. I notice that some of the pages for specific machines have the stats in the infobox(Like the Hydra and King Dedede), while others don't(Like the Warp Star and Compact Star). Is there anyone who's willing to fill in these blanks? RedsterTheGamer (talk) 20:43, 12 October 2021 (UTC)

in regards to Korean ver[edit]

Okay, here goes nothing.

So, I tried to do some research on the Korean version of Kirby Air Ride. That started by looking at the ever-accessible redump database, which included this catalogued disc which can be seen here.
On that page, you can see about two names of said disc, which contains the name we all know and love (heheh) in additional to a Korean name which looks like this - 카비 에어라이드.

So, I decided to google "Kirby Air Ride Korean version" and found this amazon listing, which has one Japanese review to show for it.
In said review, it stated that that version doesn't fully have the Korean language, rather that the game disc itself is actually English instead. Interesting decision.

Then I decided to google the Korean name of the game, and I was met with a lot more results than I anticipated. Well, not a lot, but more than enough to keep going with my research!
For starters, I found out an namu article that contains a lot more information regarding that title and how it was released in Korean markets, though the Korean name is written like this instead - 커비의 에어라이드. Probably some sort of typo? idk.

Although, and this is where it gets interesting, I saw a release date of March 6th, 2004. Not to be deterred, I then went to the namu article containing the Nintendo GameCube, where it says its distributor in the Korean markets is no less than 대원씨아이(Daewon C.I. in Korean).
Then I decided to dig further into the Korean version, and I saw an "gameplay footage" kind of YouTube video of the game running on Dolphin, with the video tile being all Korean language and clocking at around 14 minutes. It did indeed say something about the Korean version having only the English language instead in the game data itself, but I can't say for sure.

At this point, I had to go through about 3 news pages, all of which say something about Air Ride releasing either "by the next month" or "already released. Sources are here, here and here. Oh and I forgot this one too, so add one more to the list!
Certain blog articles were also a big help in finding out that there were indeed Korean releases of select GBA and GameCube games in addition to the game itself. They can be found here and here.
What was also a big help in making this research a bit easier is an sold-out danawa listing specifying the publisher of this particular release. It can be found here. Though said listing does confirm that the game itself does not have the Korean language.
And then I found out the URLs for the Korean GameCube pages featuring the game itself. They can be found here and here, though I had to use the Wayback Machine to "go back" to a snapshot of back when these sites existed. The latter page has more information about the Korean version of the game, including the release date, which lines up with my findings above.

In short, the Korean version of Kirby Air Ride has all the packaging in the Korean language, but the game disc itself has every single UI/UX element in the English language.
That said, I honestly don't know what's left to "complete" all this info, so to speak, but as a first-timer I feel like I've gathered many solid leads around this one. Thoughts on this?
