Flappy is a common enemy only found in Kirby Air Ride.
Overview
Flappy's basic appearance is that of an unusual, multicolored, half-bird half-dragon-like creature.
Kirby obtains the Wing ability when swallowing Flappy.

Kirby Air Ride
In Kirby Air Ride, Flappys do not attack Kirby directly, but do follow him wherever he goes, and can harm Kirby if the two come in contact. Flappys normally appear in random places, usually in race courses; preferably Fantasy Meadows.
Kirby GCN
Flappy was originally intended to appear as both the common enemy and the Helper of the Wing ability in the cancelled Kirby game for Nintendo GameCube.
