With more Kirby Super Star (Ultra) related articles popping up, it's probably time to finally clean up the terminology here. "Stage" is usually used for an area of the game that does not serve as a hub, and is even used that way in Kirby Super Star itself (notably in Spring Breeze), so using the term to refer to the games of Kirby Super Star is clearly conflicting with the established terminology and more than a bit confusing. I don't know about Kirby Super Star Ultra or where this usage of "stage" actually comes from, but the Kirby Super Star manual refers to those things as "games" or "main games", for instance on p. 14: "On the Cork Board Screen, four main games are displayed", "As you complete the four games, [...]" as well as using "Game title screen" to refer to the individual game pictures on the Cork Board Screen. The very box art of the game also clearly speaks of "games". Therefore, I'm proposing to adopt either "game" or, to avoid confusion with sub games, "main game" to describe these (and utilise this category for categories containing "stages" by the traditional definition).--Vellidragon 09:15, 9 July 2011 (CDT)

:I am all for adopting the "main game" terminology, as that seems to create the least amount of confusion (from my perspective). Tacopill 19:20, 10 July 2011 (CDT).

Just bringing this up once more. I may make the change later today, turning this into a category for the traditional definition of stages and creating "Main games in Kirby Super Star" and "Main games in Kirby Super Star Ultra" as categories for these, if nobody opposes or has anything else to say on the matter.--Vellidragon 11:30, 6 September 2011 (CDT)
