The Chandalier is an item from Kirby's Epic Yarn which can be collected in the level Patch Castle. It can then be placed into Kirby's Pad.
Location
The Chandelier is on top of a platform, right after the first Spear Waddle Dee and the display explaining how to open patches. The platform is in plain sight and has a ladder leading up to it. To get the Chandelier, the treasure chest patch must be pulled off.
