That's an administrator's job. You're not an administrator; therefore, you can't block people. Bear in mind that blanking pages, as you did on WiKirby:Current events, actually constitutes vandalism, and doing so again is likely to result in someone blocking you, instead of the other way around. --Moydow 19:59, 24 January 2012 (CST)
