Migrating to Lua[edit]

The current code of this template is too complex and is just unreadable. The English Wikipedia has a Lua module which does almost the same thing. So I copied the last revision before TemplateStyles was loaded into the module (since TemplateStyles is not installed on this wiki). I tested it (test it for yourself by replacing instances of {{Multiple image}} with {{User:Pandakekok9/sandbox}}, and preview it), and it looks good on all pages that uses {{Multiple image}}, except on Scarfy. Scarfy can be fixed with a workaround though, by increasing its width to 110, and it looks better than the status quo, because the caption is not wrapped awkwardly. Are there any objections to migrating this template to Lua? pandakekok9 (poyo) 10:00, 28 December 2020 (UTC)
