The Magic Yarn is an item achieved after finishing lands 1-6 of Kirby's Epic Yarn. It is used to connect 2 areas of patch land after finishing the first. It is achieved once an area boss is defeated. The first piece is obtained as part of the story introduction. A large yarn beast grabs Prince Fluff. Kirby jumps and activates his newly learned Weight transformation, smashing the beast, freeing Prince Fluff and the piece of Magic Yarn.
