Releases
The soundtrack was initially available in two different versions: the "First Time Limited Edition" (初回限定生産盤) and the "Regular Edition" (通常盤). As implied by the name, the First Time Limited Edition was only available around the time the soundtrack released, and isn't available for purchase anymore, while the Regular Edition is still on sale.
The Regular Edition is priced 6,600 yen (tax included) and comes with six discs with the music of Kirby Star Allies, including songs added from the free updates, and a 40-page booklet with track information, as well as a round-table discussion with the music staff.
The First Time Limited Edition was priced 9,350 yen (tax included) and came with all content of the Regular Edition, plus an additional Playbutton album called Kirby Arrange Selection, containing eight tracks not found in the game proper, many of which are arrangements from previous soundtracks and/or Kirby games.
On a first-come first-served basis, orders directly placed via the Kirby Portal shop (for either edition) included printed versions of some of the Celebration Pictures, with sketch concept art of them on the reverse side. Also included with early printings was an advertisement for Kirby's Extra Epic Yarn, whose release in Japan was imminent at the time of the soundtrack's release.

The soundtrack songs are mostly unmodified from the in-game Jukebox, other than being ordered differently and edited to fade out. However, some songs are slightly different:
