Usage
Place this notice on any article which does not adequately cover the topic in question. Typically an article which fails to reach 1000 bytes in size (roughly one paragraph) is a stub. After the pipe symbol, a user may specify which part of the article needs to be expanded, though this is optional, and no message will appear if it is left blank.
If an article is otherwise complete, but is missing information for a particular section, use the Incomplete template instead.
