Big Switches similar to their original design and function finally return in Kirby Star Allies, and can be found in a few stages. Pressing them is necessary to unlock extra stages and Dream Palaces, and is also necessary for 100% completion.
Big Switches return in this title after a lengthy absence from the main series. They can be found in a few stages. Pressing them is necessary to unlock extra stages and Dream Palaces, and is also necessary for 100% completion.

Unlike in previous titles, Big Switches can be pressed again, but doing so does not unlock more extra stages. Instead, when pressed, the team is healed and some items (usually Picture Pieces and Point Stars) are dispensed. There are specific Big Switches in Guest Star ???? Star Allies Go! that also yield a Dream Rod when pressed.
