Clanksprout is an enemy in Kirby Mass Attack. It consists of a long chain with a clamp for a head. It remains underground until the Kirbys approach, upon which it will try to spring out. If the Kirbys are underfoot when it springs up, one will be caught in Clanksprout's mouth, and will take damage if not freed by the others. Clanksprout's head is its vulnerable part, and can be pummeled to defeat it.

Clanksprout is capable of breaking Metal Blocks when it springs up.
