"Frosty Wheel" is a placid theme in C major anf 4/4 played by a solo piano with heavy use of the sustain pedal. It has a narrow range, rarely exceeding two octaves at a time. It has a short intro that sets the rhythmical and harmonic pattern: five notes forming a plagal cadence and a pause. This pattern persists as the melody joins: a descending C major scale not unlike the one from "[[Snow Land (theme)|Snow Land]]", followed by two rising scale fragments: C major from a D followed by E-flat major. The melody repeats and sees an authentic resolution. The first section plays again an octave lower. The pace slows down as the original pattern ceases, replaced by a plain tonic-dominant support. Here, the melody remains in the dominant function and reaches its highest point. Then, coming in at a lower register, remnants of the original rhythmical pattern returns. The phrases end in C major 7th chords as they eventually lead back to higher registers. At its lyrical peak, phrases akin to "[[Cozy Cabin (theme)|Cozy Cabin]]"'s second section play out, blurring the line between major and minor with sevenths. This final section ends with double dominant and a suspense. The track loops from the beginning.
