BANDANNA WADDLE DEE 4 SMASH moveset
BASIC MOVES:
JAB: A single hit jab that leads into a rapid jab Bandana Dee stabs his spear forwards for the jab and unleashes a flurry of stabs for the rapid jab
DASH ATTACK: Slides forwards while holding his spear horizontally outward
FORWARD TILT: Swings his spear forward at a diagonal angle
UP TILT: Stabs the spear vertically upwards
DOWN TILT: Stabs the spear toward the ground, popping foes into the air and setting up for combos
FORWARD SMASH: Shoves his parasol forward as the head of the parasol spins.
UP SMASH: Holds his parasol overhead as the head of the parasol spins
DOWN SMASH: Swings his folded parasol low to the ground on both sides.
NEUTRAL AERIAL: Spins the spear around a few times in the air, dealing multiple flinching hits of damage (basically Palutena's Nair)
FORWARD AERIAL: Thrusts the spear straight forward
BACK AERIAL: Stabs the spear directly behind himself
UP AERIAL: Swings the spear directly overhead at an arc
DOWN AERIAL: Falls straight downward very quickly with his spear point toward the ground. This move can spike if it hits the sweet spot.
GRAB, PUMMEL AND THROWS:
GRAB AND PUMMEL: Grabs with one “arm” Pummels by punching the enemy
FORWARD THROW: Take his spear and spins it into the foe’s face, just like he does in Kirby Fighters 2 (Other throws coming soon)

Cutter Kirby's hat is a sentient being and nobody can convince me otherwise
Look at the hat. it is clearly showing a different expression on its face than normal, meaning it can experience emotions, therefore it is alive. Fight me.
