Game Appearances
Kirby and the Amazing Mirror
Soarar debuted in this game, where it flies through the air, often flying in circles. Its methods of attack include running into Kirby or shooting small purple lasers. However, it does not provide Kirby with any copy ability. It is defeated rather easily, since one air puff can defeat it.
Kirby: Canvas Curse
Soarar reappears in Kirby: Canvas Curse. It acts almost in the same manner as in the first game, but rarely shoots lasers. In Paint Panic, a Soarar can appear as one of Paint Roller's paintings.
Kirby Mass Attack
Soarar appears again in Kirby Mass Attack. It is involved in a minigame that involves the Kirbys attempting to collect Fruit Cards. When they collect a Fruit Card, they are awarded with fruit that fills the meter. If they collect a Soarar Card, then red Soarars attempt to bombard them. This minigame first appears in Level 7 of Green Grounds. A Colossal Soarar also makes an appearance in this game.
Kirby: Triple Deluxe
Soarar makes its first 3-D appearance in Kirby: Triple Deluxe. It acts in a similar manner to a Cerulean, flying in set paths after Kirby or King Dedede. It will often fly between the foreground and background to hit its target.
Kirby: Planet Robobot
Soarar returns in Kirby: Planet Robobot, unchanged from its appearance in Triple Deluxe.
