'''Island of the Lost Warrior''' is the 22nd (20th in the 4Kids broadcast) episode of the ''[[Kirby: Right Back at Ya!]]'' series. In this episode, [[Kirby (anime character)|Kirby]], [[Tiff]], [[Tuff]], and [[Fololo & Falala]] are caught in a storm out at sea and stranded on [[Island of the Lost Warrior (place)|a deserted island]], where they meet a paranoid old [[Star Warrior]] named [[Kit Cosmos|Sergeant Kit Cosmos]] who initially believes them to be [[monster]]s out to get him. After forging an uneasy peace with the old man, he insists on running them through military drills to get them in shape for battling monsters. [[King Dedede (anime character)|King Dedede]] and [[Escargoon]] later arrive on the island, having manufactured the storm using a monster called [[Tornadon]] to isolate Kirby, and deceives Kit Cosmos into believing he sent the kids to attack him, but Kirby snaps Kit Cosmos out of his when he transforms into [[Tornado]] Kirby and defeats the monster. Using King Dedede's boat, the kids travel back to [[Cappy Town]] and invite Kit Cosmos along, but he insists on staying on the island, confident that Kirby can end the war against [[Night Mare Enterprises]].

The next day, Kit Cosmos begins his training regiment, forcing the kids to do jumping jacks, push-ups, archery practice and laps around the island. That night, after the day of boot camp is finished, Tiff once again tries to explain to Kit Cosmos that the war against [[Night Mare Enterprises]] is over, but he insists on further training. The next day, Kit pushes Tuff over the edge, and causes him to try and attack the sergeant, but in the process, he drops a pocket knife given to him by [[Meta Knight (anime character)|Meta Knight]]. Seeing the masked swordsman's visage on the object, Kit Cosmos reacts instinctively by saluting, and soon learns that the kids are affiliated with his former superior officer. Seeing this, he finally realizes that the war is really over. After agreeing to come to Cappy Town with the kids, the group is interrupted as a boat ferrying [[King Dedede (anime character)|King Dedede]] and [[Escargoon]] in their [[Armored Vehicle]] arrives on the island.

*In the Japanese version, during the scene where Sergeant Daconyo is forcing the kids to do push-ups, [[Tuff|Bun]] remarks that he's seen anime with similar scenarios, breaking the [[fourth wall]] by doing so.

*Initially, Kit Cosmos insisted that Kirby at least was a monster, even if the others were not. This alludes to the fact that Kirby was a failed creation of [[eNeMeE]] as explained in [[Kirby's Duel Role]].
