***Yeah, I don't think you get it. The IP was blocked for edit warring. He made unhelpful edits, they were reverted by the staff, but he kept making them, so he was blocked for it. He kept making them after his block expired, so I blocked him again. That was his second block for the exact same offense, and I wouldn't have blocked him if it was his first time. ...And please, don't just nominate yourself for EiC for something like that. You don't seem to understand how much responsibility the position takes.
