A Pacflower[Japanese title] is a hovering enemy that debuted in Kirby: Triple Deluxe which appears in the Wild World stage. It is essentially identical to a Pacto in both form and function, but it resembles a jungle flower. While it cannot be inhaled, it is vulnerable to any other attack.
Like Paclouds, Pacflowers serves as a slightly more durable form of the Pacto, and are encountered later in the adventure than their older cousin. The enemy's flower-like appearance also somewhat helps it to blend in to the jungle surroundings, but a clever Kirby will always see it for what it really is.
