Spear is a Copy Ability only available in Kirby's Return to Dream Land that can be obtained by swallowing spear-related enemies. By acquiring the ability, Kirby obtains a spear that he may use to cut objects such as ropes. Kirby may also throw his spears, usually dashing before executing his attack. Additionally, he is capable of spinning his spear in a helicopter-like fashion while possessing the Copy Ability in order to fly while attacking enemies above Kirby. Spear Kirby's moves are almost identical to the moves the playable Waddle Dee can execute in the game.
