'''Plasma Wisp''' is a floating spectral [[enemy]] from the [[Kirby (series)|''Kirby'' series]]. It is essentially a ball of flaming plasma with a pair of beady eyes and two floating, gloved hands. It is usually green in hue, except as an enemy in ''Kirby Super Star'' and its remake, where it is blue instead. Plasma Wisp's main attack strategy is to hover at a distance from Kirby and fire electric blasts at him. It can be [[inhale]]d and swallowed for the [[Plasma]] [[Copy Ability]].

Plasma Wisp hovers around an unfixed area, projecting blasts of energy towards [[Kirby]]. It uses stronger attacks if Kirby is farther away. In its helper form, it possesses all the abilities of [[Plasma]] Kirby. When Kirby swallows it, or scans it with the [[Copy]] ability, he receives the Plasma ability.

Notably, Plasma Wisp differs from other helpers in that it can hover in the air instead of using [[Infinity Jump]]s, similar to [[NESP]] and [[Vividria]] from ''[[Kirby Star Allies]].'' It is the only helper capable of doing so in ''Kirby Super Star'' and its remake.

Plasma Wisp makes its first 3D appearance in this game. It does not do much aside from floating about in a fixed area on race courses or in [[Kirby Melee]]. If swallowed by Kirby, he is granted the [[Plasma]] ability.
