::I've looked into it a bit more and it seems we can move the search and toolbox anywhere we want by putting in the words "SEARCH" and "TOOLBOX" as sidebar points. I've just moved them above the NIWA wikis and just under the navigation. Unfortunately, this displays them as empty headings in the *default* skin.
