I'm not sure if that's really significant enough for a separate article; for example, Chao's appearances aren't split between "Chao" and "Goku & Chao" articles, as the Goku character fits rather easily within the same article. I think this article can at least be rewritten to be more explicitly about Lololo as a mid-boss so it doesn't come across as mostly a duplicate of the established Lololo & Lalala article.
