"Bring On the Super Ability" is a theme in 3/4 time and is in the key of C minor. Its melody features an orchestral version of the motif shared with "[[Sky Tower]]" and "[[Road to Victory]]", other songs from ''Kirby's Return to Dream Land''. Said melody is made up of two sets of three rising notes and a higher note, followed by a descending triad (for example, the repeated ascending notes C-D-Eb-C-D-Eb, then G, then a descending triad of F-D-Bb). Later, the theme borrows brief snippets from "[[Green Greens (theme)|Green Greens]]" at around 0:25 and 0:36.
