Listed below are the glitches in Kirby's Dream Land 3. Please read the Glitch Disclaimer Notes before attempting any of the glitches on this page.

List of glitches[edit]

Boomerang glitch[edit]

To perform this glitch, Kirby must bring the Cutter ability and Rick to the room full of Shotzos in Cloudy Park - Stage 1 (a stage that conveniently contains both of them). In the right portion of the room, facing the Point Star located under a Shotzo, Rick must send out the boomerang Cutter Kirby and quickly head over to the middle left of the platform above. While remaining on the left half of the platform, Rick will have Kirby circle him indefinitely.[1]

Mid-cutscene softlock[edit]

After defeating Zero, the final cutscene begins playing. If the player presses the attacking button at a specific time during the first portion of the cutscene, it will momentarily fade to black and play for another second. Following that, the game freezes at a black screen, forcing the player to reset the game.[2]

Nago infinite jumps[edit]

Though near impossible for a human to perform due to the strict timing, if a player quickly alternates between jumping with Nago, dismounting him, mounting him again and jumping, the 3-jump limit continuously resets, allowing Nago to jump infinitely.[3]
