It seems that "Girl blob" is the only official English name for this character, and no one has responded with another source. At this point, moving the page sounds like the most viable option. And yes, I would agree that the article should mention the context of the name with the move. On a related note, the "Girl" part of the name is curiously capitalized for every instance of the name, while "blob" is never capitalized. ::This character is not in the Japanese version of the game (it might be interesting to research which countries used her and which used the original Chao?), so it's hard to find out what's "official" regarding her. I think "Girl" being capitalized doesnt mean her name is "Girl", because then they probably would've phrased it as "a blob named Girl", or "Girl the blob". I think it's a case where "Girl" is used attributively, like how you might say "this is a ''girl'' cat" to specify that the cat in question is a girl.
