:Looking at the game's trailer, the number increases when Kirby collects what this article refers to as "coins"; how much it increases seems to depend on the colour and size of the item collected. (The counter does ''not'' increase when Kirby defeats an enemy, so it doesn't appear to be a traditional counter for points.) The colour of the jewel next to it also changes, seemingly whenever an item is collected - from what can be seen in the trailer, it starts at red, then progresses to orange, yellow, green, light blue, medium blue, dark violet, ultra pink, deep pink and finally back to red again.--[[User:Vellidragon|Vellidragon]] 15:19, 28 June 2010 (UTC)
