The '''Light''' Top Course is a [[Kirby Air Ride|Top Ride course]] in [[Kirby Air Ride]]. It is situated on a bordered platform with futuristic lights and such compared to other courses, so it isn't similar to any other course. The turnout is separated by lighted borders. The players can go on a little light roller coaster, shortcutting a fourth of the stage. When the volcanoes spew out, little chunks of rock can fall down and also make the player spin if hit. The finish line is at the bottom of the course.

'''Light''' is one of the seven [[Top Ride]] courses in ''[[Kirby Air Ride]]''. It is a short course set in an outer space installation, which features light rails that can potentially be used to make massive shortcuts.

Light is the fifth course and features an open track built of hexagonal tiles. The path itself is fairly straightforward, with a layout similar to the [[Grass (course)|Grass]] course but this time headed counterclockwise and with the finish line at the right. The default number of laps needed to complete this course is six.


The default amount of laps required to finish is 6.
The main feature of this course are the light rails, which have entry points at specific locations on the track. These rails can only be used when the light at the entry point is on, and switch on and off at random intervals. When used, the light rail activates, taking the racer to the predetermined exit point. Based on which rail is taken, this can result in a very large shortcut, and repeat successes with these rails can result in very fast races. In addition, at various points on the course, small hexagonal columns appear which serve as obstacles. Running into one breaks the column, but slows down the racer in the process.

In Free Run mode, the hazards of Light are disabled. This means that there are no breakable columns and the light rails do not activate.

Light is one of the seven Top Ride courses in Kirby Air Ride. It is a short course set in an outer space installation, which features light rails that can potentially be used to make massive shortcuts.
