Ice-Cutter is a Power Combo of the Ice and Cutter abilities in Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards. By using the move, Kirby gains a pair of ice skates, which he uses to skate across the ground.
When the ability is active, Kirby can perform a flashy spin jump to damage enemies, rendering Kirby effectively impervious during the maneuver.
