Elfilin is a small flying rodent-like creature with giant ears (one of which has a rather large hole on the outer rim) and turquoise fur who first appeared in Kirby and the Forgotten Land, and serves as Kirby's primary companion. Elfilin is capable of speech and appears to be a main character in the game (though not a playable one), but as of now, it is not clear what Elfilin's precise role is.
As of now, Elfilin's gender is not known for sure, but European French and Spanish sources use male-gendered adjectives to refer to the character.
Game appearances
Kirby and the Forgotten Land
Elfilin makes their first appearance in Kirby and the Forgotten Land, and is among the first (if not the very first) creatures that Kirby frees from one of the Beast Pack's cages. From there, Elfilin accompanies Kirby on his adventure, and also participates in the Sub-Games to a certain degree.
