Narrator: Difference between revisions

The '''Narrator''' is a character or entity who is responsible for telling the story, usually defined as a disembodied voice or source of text. Depending on the story being told, the narrator may be a character within the narrative or an [[Canon|external]] source of expository information. In the [[Kirby (series)|''Kirby'' series]], the narrator is often little more than a number of lines of text which appear in [[cutscene]]s in order to explain the proceedings. ''Kirby'' games tend to use narration sparingly, if at all, and the text is usually focused specifically on the motives and feelings of the characters without going into too much detail about setting.
