Silver Submarine is the third stage of Iello Adventure in [[Kirby: Canvas Curse|Template:KCC KPP]]. Kirby travels through this area on his quest to defeat Drawcia. Silver Submarine's background images appear to be paper drawings, and the foreground details appear to be slate with colorful doodles on it. The "submarine" portion of the title likely refers to being underwater, rather than the vessel commonly known as a submarine.
Although Silver Submarine is the third stage of Iello Adventure, the stages can be played in any order. When chosen last, a Boss Game will begin upon completion. As with all stages, three medals are obtainable, and more in Rainbow Run.
Stage overview
Area / map | Description | Medal guide |
---|---|---|
Silver Submarine begins with out of water travel. A Color Shutter is soon encountered and the panels below Kirby raise the shutter when all three panels match the shutter's color. The other shutters common to the area are the switch controlled variety. Kirby also encounters a mechanical claw that carries him across a pit of spike blocks. This area is roughly equal in water and dry stretches to go through. Kirby encounters Waddle Dees, Blippers, and Rocky.
An Energy Drink can be found in the room with Rocky, and several Point Stars can be obtained in the final room before reaching the goal door. |
This medal is obtained in a large room where a stake holding up the floor can be found. Using the Stone ability to pound this stake will open up a pool, which the medal can be found at the bottom of. | |
This area has several hills and valleys, in which large boulders will fall from the ceiling and chase Kirby. The boulders can not be broken with the stylus until they have hit the ground. After reaching the check point, water travel will begin. The currents serve to push Kirby along and ease traversing the area. Several spiked arms rotate and can harm Kirby, but the arms can be stopped by tapping them with the stylus while in a safe position. Spiked shutters are also encountered and also cause damage on contact. Kirby will reach a large room containing several Squishies, switches, and shutters. The switches correspond inversely to the shutters before them. A low switch opens the higher door, for instance.
The one-way pipes block the water somehow, and lead to a dry area. This final room consists of overhead hazards and open pits. Large boulders, and a hidden Thudd will fall. This area appears again as the Line Trial Challenge of Rainbow Run for Iello Adventure. |
This medal can be obtained in a secret side-chamber that can be accessed by moving against the first current in the water until Kirby goes off to the left. | |
The map and layout of Area 3 spiral towards the centTemplate:Er, in a whirlpool-like fashion. A swarm of Waddle Dees run to where a Rocky can be found. The Stone Copy Ability eases the descending staircase-like area ahead. Currents again push Kirby to the pipe. Typical water foes return, Blippers, Squishies, and Glunks. The central and final room houses a challenge to reach the painted exit door. The door is caught in the circulating current. Kirby too will be caught in the current with the many Blippers. Kirby will need to converge to the door in order to exit the area. | The last medal can be found behind the ColTemplate:Or Shutter, past some foreground walls with arrows on them, indicating the clue. |
