In this theme's origin game - Kirby's Dream Land 3 - this theme appears as a short, simple, and sweet stage select theme for the level hub of Ripple Field. It can also be heard as track 26 in the game's Sound Test.
Kirby Star Allies[edit]
In Kirby Star Allies, a short jingle based on the Ripple Field: Stage Select theme is used whenever Gooey appears as a Dream Friend. In addition, the original version of the theme is used for Gooey's pseudo-HAL room in Guest Star ???? Star Allies Go!.
This jingle can also be found on Kirby Star Allies: The Original Soundtrack under the name "ひょっこりグーイ！" (Unexpectedly, Gooey!).
