Kapar is a Kappa-based enemy debuting in Kirby's Dream Land 3. It is round and green, possessing a yellow beak and a pair of tiny, circular, black eyes, as well as flipper-like arms and two dark green, flat feet with three toes each. In Kirby's Dream Land 3, Kapars can be found in and outside of water throughout the game.
On land, the foe initially stands in one place, waiting for Kirby to approach it; when he does, the Kapar leaps straight into the air. As soon as it reaches the same height as Kirby, it momentarily falls down again and afterwards tosses its wreath of leaves in a straight line, only to repeat the procedure a few seconds later. In water, Kapars instead swim after Kirby and may throw their corona at any time.
Touching either the Kapar itself or its weapon causes Kirby to take damage. The enemy can be defeated using any attack or inhaled and swallowed for the Cutter ability.
