"Off into Space" is a heroic theme in melodic G major and 12/8. It begins with a slow and eerie high-pitched double intro consisting of a rising chord played by a pulse wave, combining a semblance of the motif from "[[Kirby Collecting]]" and the harmonies of "[[At the Bottom]]". However, a snare drum picks up right after this. The tempo becomes quicker, and the harmony is tinged with the unique contrast of G, E-flat and F major, showcasing the melodic major. When the progression repeats, accompanying rising and falling pulse wave arpeggios join in. The French horn melody is resolute yet unstable, as it rises up the tonic triad in second inversion, then slowly descends to a B. After it is repeated an octave higher, a pulse wave second section based on this motif with a high and bright timbre accentiates the major flat harmonies. The primary progression repeats with a sustained violin G.

For a brief moment, a virtuosic pulse wave solo stirs up the pace and then makes way to the reprise. The track loops from the intro's progression.

The Kirbys explore outer space.

"Off into Space" is a heroic theme in melodic G major and 12/8. It begins with a slow and eerie high-pitched double intro consisting of a rising chord played by a pulse wave, combining a semblance of the motif from "Kirby Collecting" and the harmonies of "At the Bottom". After it is repeated an octave higher, a pulse wave second section based on this motif with a high and bright timbre accentuates the major flat harmonies. The primary progression repeats with a sustained violin G.

The third section features a change of accompaniment, now consisting of descending three-note arpeggios, and key. The E minor cello melody slowly builds up to its dominant. With cymbal crashes, brass and high strings reiterate the dominant, first with a D natural leading tone pertaining to natural minor, and then a proper harmonic dominant. For a brief moment, a virtuosic pulse wave solo stirs up the pace and then makes way to the reprise. The track loops from the intro's progression.
