::::Ok so this is only a backend issue but looks like <code>$wgDefaultUserOptions['rcenhancedfilters-disable'] = 1;</code> actually disables the rcfilter. The code i previously posted just doesnt automatically collapse everything under (2 changes) or (3 changes) or under an upload log if an action is done more than once. The previous code is just here for reference. The proposal has passed, and rcfilters have been disabled for the WiKirby community.
