Featured Article Nomination
What a Featured Article is:
  1. An article marked as "Good".
  2. An article with an official (non-conjectural) name (more details on the naming policy page).
  3. An article with an opening abstract of sufficient length, preferably consisting of at least two paragraphs.
  4. An article with proper documentation. (no substantial info is missing)
  5. Sound of format. (no improvement notice templates are present)
  6. Sufficient overall length. (at least 5000 bytes long)
  7. Not a list page, disambiguation page, or subpage.
  8. Properly categorized.
  9. Not an orphaned page. (at least one article links to it)
Voting Regulations
  1. Voting is currently open to all registered users.
  2. All votes must be signed with signatures (type four tildes (~~~~.)) Unsigned votes are automatically negated, regardless of any points made.
  3. An article will become automatically featured if it receives five (5) valid votes to support it and two (2) days have passed since the nomination.
  4. After two (2) weeks of being nominated, an article will be featured if it does not have more opposition than support. (this means a tie or zero votes will still result in a feature)
  5. An article will fail to become featured if it receives five (5) valid oppositions.
  6. There may be no more than six (6) nominated articles at one time. Do not add any more than this.
  7. The editor who puts the article up for nomination may not vote on it.
  8. Please add all oppositions/supports on a new line beginning with a number/pound/hash sign (#) to automatically create an alphanumeric list.
  9. All votes with comments perceived by the staff as hostile or rude to another user will be removed. Be civil and polite.
  10. Staff members reserve the right to negate any votes without notification of the voter if they are found to be in violation of any of these rules or if suspected of trolling.
Nomination Cooldown
Once an article has attained featured status, a total of thirty (30) days must pass before it can be nominated for unfeaturement.

Kirby: Squeak Squad (June 24th, 2023 - July 8th, 2023)

This game is part of my childhood and it influenced many of the mechanics that would go on to appear in later games. This is an amazing game definitely deserves to be on the front page in my opinion. --Basic Person (talk/contribs) 21:57, 24 June 2023 (UTC)

Master Crown (June 13th, 2023 - June 27th, 2023)

With all the new information we've gathered about its lore, boss battle, etc. from the newest Kirby game to date, the Master Crown deserves to be crowned (really?) with a feature badge. I've checked throughout the page and there's a lot of stuff it is qualified for.
