'''Wham Bam Rock''' is a boss appearing in ''[[Kirby Super Star]]'' and its remake, ''[[Kirby Super Star Ultra]]''. In both games, apart from appearing in [[The Arena]], he is the final boss of [[The Great Cave Offensive]] and also the boss of the planet [[Cavius]] in [[Milky Way Wishes]].

In ''Kirby Super Star Ultra'', a stronger, redesigned version of Wham Bam Rock named [[Wham Bam Jewel]] appears in [[Helper to Hero]] and [[The True Arena]].

==Characteristics==
Wham Bam Rock appears drastically different in ''[[Kirby Super Star Ultra]]'' compared to his original design. Though not confirmed, a possible reason why Wham Bam Rock's design was altered between ''Kirby Super Star'' and ''Kirby Super Star Ultra'' may have been due to the original design resembling [[wikipedia:blackface|blackface]].

In Wham Bam Rock's first appearance in ''[[Kirby Super Star]]'', he appears as a dark face with four green, leaf-like strands of hair; a green jewel on his forehead; two large, yellow eyes; an expressionless mouth with big, red lips; and two hoop earrings dangling from invisible ears.

In ''Kirby Super Star Ultra'', he now appears as a stone relief of a face, entirely made of brownish-gray rock. While he keeps his basic facial features, his hair now consists of five thick, lithic leaves, his ears are visible as angular stone structures on the sides of his head and his earrings are shaped like a rhombus. In addition, he is more expressive and makes several different faces throughout the battle.

In ''Kirby Super Star Ultra'', Wham Bam Rock has an alternate form in Milky Way Wishes and Helper to Hero, much like several other bosses. In this form, he has slightly more health and appears with a reddish tint.
