Foley is an enemy appearing in Kirby & the Amazing Mirror, Kirby: Squeak Squad and Kirby's Return to Dream Land. It is a small, yellow creature with a leaf on its head, which acts as a propeller. Foley is a common enemy that usually hovers above Kirby and falls down when he is below it, similarly to the Coconut enemy from Kirby's Adventure. Like Coconuts, Foleys are always blocked if Kirby has the Parasol ability. However, unlike Coconuts, which grant no ability, Foleys give out the Bomb ability. Also unlike those enemies, Foleys are sometimes able to move horizontally, dropping on Kirby if they manage to get above him.
Trivia
- Foleys look similarly to Sunkern from the Pokémon series.
- Two Foleys in Olive Ocean that are in the room with Boxy move in a similar fashion to Propeller.
