The Cartoon Meat is an item available in Kirby's Epic Yarn. It's one of the three treasures in the level Lava Landing. After it's collected, Kirby can place it in his pad.
Location
Just above the location of the Stone Lamp, a ceiling chamber can be found with a Bomber spawner. Kirby can use these to break away a Cloth Block barrier to the right to access a treasure chest patch containing this item.
