Featured Picture Nomination
What a Featured Picture is:
  1. A good, Kirby-related image.
  2. A properly licensed image.
  3. An image up to WiKirby's Quality Standards.
  4. A highly detailed image with great resolution.
Voting Regulations
  1. Voting is currently open to all editors. (Standard may change if abuse is suspected.
