I noticed we’re short on featured images in reserve for New Year’s. Why not this one, from the start of this year? It meets all the requirements, it’s pretty and festive and it even features some rare cameos from and references to the anime. I think it’s a fun and unique image that would be a great way to ring in 2024 on the main page. (And if the official Twitter posts a new image for 2024, we can consider that one, too, but either way, it can’t hurt to expand our New Year’s repertoire.) Anyway, I’m done talking. I notice there is only one week left until Christmas, but this is a recent upload. In this olden Kirby's Dream Land 2 illustration, Kirby is seen cosplaying as Santa with a group of enemies following him around the town. We can't hear pictures, but if we could, we would hear Jingle Bells playing in background. This image is a nice, clean commemorative that works pretty well for Easter. Couldn't find a commemorative specifically made for Easter, so this one will have to do. I think we ought to celebrate the New Year's Day with our readers, and this final shot from the anime encompasses all there is to say.
