Regarding the use of figure names in articles[edit]

Greetings. I've noticed (mostly in your most recent edits) that you've changed lots of terms in Forgotten Land articles to be the terms used in the Figures. While as a wiki we should indeed try to use official names whenever possible, I also want to note that many of the figure names aren't truly "proper" names to be used in articles everywhere. For example, Kirby to get Car Mouth has to inhale a car, but it's not the Car capitalized. It's a general object, so it's fine to leave it as just "car". The game really only capitalizes the car and other objects in the figure names; in even the figure descriptions and missions they aren't capitalized. Moreover, articles in general don't need to rely on official terms and/or full terms all the time, and overuse of them can make them sound really artificial. And example is how Copy Ability is often capitalized in official media, but also referred sometimes as just "ability", so often in article text editors will just write "ability".

Also, since I see you contribute quite often, ever thought of making an account? That way you can get more engaged with the community and grow even more as an editor. If you're interested, you can request an account here. In either case, I hope I could help and clarify some things. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach back. - Gigi (talkedits) 03:33, 21 May 2022 (UTC)

Regarding "In Japan, gender-neutral pronouns are used to refer to Kirby."[edit]

Hello. I see you made this edit that was reverted by another staff member. I just want to correct you that in Japanese, they don't use gender neutral pronouns to refer to Kirby, they use かれ and Kirby himself uses ボク most of the time in side media like the novels; both pronouns are considered male pronouns, although keep in mind that pronouns in Japanese are drastically different from languages like English, so a girl can perfectly use ボク, but it will make her sound more "male", if that makes sense. Anyway, saying that Kirby uses gender-neutral pronouns is a common misinterpretation of Kirby being gender neutral in Japanese, since Kirby is indeed gender neutral coded in Japanese, but he still uses mostly male pronouns, and this doesn't contradict him being gender neutral. I recommend reading this section of this article for even further clarification on all that. - Gigi (talkedits) 00:31, 13 October 2022 (UTC)

Also, since you've made more than a few edits to the wiki, I would highly suggest getting an account at this point. Editing with an account is overall easier, both for you and for us, and you can quickly reach a point where you no longer need to be moderated. --Samwell (talk) 00:37, 13 October 2022 (UTC)
