Toughness Waddle Dee[from internal data] is a specific Waddle Dee encountered only in the Copy Ability Rooms of Kirby: Triple Deluxe and Kirby: Planet Robobot. It is distinguished from its normal cousins by its steel skin and gleaming face and body. Toughness Waddle Dee can be attacked and knocked around, but it cannot be defeated or inhaled (unlike Mr. Sandbag). It also cannot hurt Kirby, though it will cause him to be knocked back if the two collide.
Toughness Waddle Dee does not move, and simply elects to stand in place, even after being knocked around. It doesn't appear to be hurt by any of Kirby's attacks, though stronger attacks will send it flying further.
