The Super Mario Wiki has a notice template to place at the top of an article that's nominated for featuring, which includes a link that directly takes the reader to the voting page. Should something like this be done here as well? I find it quite practical, and it directs more attention towards nominations, so people are more likely to actually vote and/or comment on them.--[[User:Vellidragon|Vellidragon]] 16:56, 3 October 2010 (CDT)

==Nominations Without or With Equal Votes==
I believe this has been brought up before, but we finally need some set rule for nominations that don't receive any votes, or have received as many supports as opposes by the time the deadline is reached. With the ''Kirby's Dream Land 2'' nomination, which got no votes at all before reaching the deadline, we just left it on the nomination page until it received one. Should we follow this example for future cases, continuously extending the deadline until the tie is broken (or any vote at all is cast)? We could also extend the deadline by intervals like one week each time, but that may result in another tie being formed before the extended deadline is reached even after it has been broken.--[[User:Vellidragon|Vellidragon]] 21:27, 16 July 2011 (CDT)

Notice for Nominated Articles
