- A proposal recently passed making changes to the writing policy, clarifying that while playful writing is not discouraged, editors should not be aiming to make the reader laugh, and in particular should not treat image captions as receptacles for jokes.
- A proposal has recently passed allowing Autopatrol users to mark files (but not articles) as Good if they meet the criteria. Now all you Autopatrol types can mark your own files as you upload them.

- Yadogaine - Discussion is ongoing regarding moving the name to "Yadgaine", to bring it in line with the internal data name.

- More music articles are being made.
- Galleries are being filled up with pictures.
- Low quality files are being replaced with higher quality native resolution equivalents.
- Files are being licensed and categorized, as well as renamed to be more specific and consistent.
- Kirby JP Twitter and Kirby Portal post archive pages are being made.
- Pages for the Kirby novel series are being created.
- The Merchandise page and its subpages are being expanded on.
- Glitches pages are being made and expanded.

- Image captions on some pages need to be rewritten to conform to new writing policy (stage page image captions in particular).
