Check User is a right which, when bestowed on a user, allows him/her to quickly find all of the accounts a vandal or spammer created and ban them. Often times, all of the vandal/spammer's sock accounts are banned before they have an opportunity to attack with all of the created accounts. WiKirby's administrators will not take unwarranted IP check requests.
